Wolfpack Billiards — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Wolfpack Billiards app and website (the "Service"), operated by Wolfpack Billiards LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Wolfpack," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you are 21 or older. We may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 21.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code or link. Keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

3. What the Service does

The Service shows tournament brackets, match results, and related information for pool events. Viewer accounts are view-only. Results are entered by the tournament director. The tournament director's decisions are final. The bracket shown in the app is provided for convenience and may be delayed or contain errors. If there is a conflict, the tournament director's ruling at the event controls.

4. No gambling

The Service does not accept, place, or facilitate wagers or bets of any kind. You may not use the Service to arrange, record, or settle bets. Entry fees, prizes, and charitable donations for any event are handled by the event organizer at the event, not through the Service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not: misuse or try to disrupt the Service; access data or accounts that aren't yours; scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its content; impersonate anyone; or use the Service to break any law. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.

6. Player names and public display

Tournament brackets show the names that entrants gave at registration. If you entered an event and want your name shown differently or removed from a public bracket, contact us.

7. Our content

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, belongs to Wolfpack Billiards LLC and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will post the new Terms in the Service and update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results shown are accurate or current.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOLFPACK BILLIARDS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, AND VOLUNTEERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). The Service covers the app only. Participation in any in-person event is governed by that event's own rules and the venue's policies.

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold harmless Wolfpack Billiards LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
