Wolfpack Billiards — Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, used to sign you in.
• Consent records: the date you accepted our Terms and this Policy, the version you accepted, your confirmation that you are 21 or older, your email-updates choice, and which tournament you signed up from.
• Usage and technical data: basic logs our hosting providers create when you use the Service, such as IP address, device and browser type, and sign-in times.
• Tournament information: entrant names and match results entered by the tournament director. These are shown on the bracket to signed-in viewers.
• On your device: the Service stores sign-in session data in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.

2. How we use information

• To create your account, sign you in, and show you tournament brackets.
• To keep the Service secure and working, and to prevent abuse.
• To keep a record of your consent.
• Only if you opt in: to email you about Wolfpack Billiards events, tournaments, and news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only:

• With service providers who host and run the Service for us (for example, our cloud database, authentication, and email-delivery providers). They may use it only to provide services to us.
• If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or us.
• As part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, subject to this Policy.

Entrant names and match results are visible to other signed-in viewers of a public bracket.

4. How long we keep information

We keep account and consent records while your account is active. After you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information within a reasonable time, except for records we must keep by law or to resolve disputes. Tournament results may be kept as part of event history. Names can be removed on request.

5. Your choices and rights

• Email updates are optional. You can opt out at any time.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing csilva@wolfpackbilliards.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for using them.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Age requirement

The Service is intended only for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy in the Service and change the date above.
